Mine would be like urs chode no plexi( way spendy). Im thinkin of doin one like chodes and smokes because of the smaller hole.. less cuttin on the truck. so your gonna do 2 facing each other with a port that comes through the subs? thats exactly how mine is. only problem with that is dotn make the port too big...ive found out it will make the tuning VERY low. not got for high numbers but awesoem for wow factor, shakign the vehicle to hell and dropping a LOW fuckin note but everything else os VERY moderate Way to man up bro-I don't generally knock anybody unless they're askin for it, and you're far from that..i just try to state the facts.Imma plexi+neon whore 24/7 so it gets my vote for sure. Plus I liked how he carpeted everything and kept it clean n tidy. Nonetheless, I have yet to do a cut through so I can hardley talk trash. But even with yours its loud as shit right? to the ear is hella loud..ive had quite a few screamers and people that ran out of my truck. now the mic im only hitting 140-143 (not that great for what it is) all in the build which will be louder. you can make 1 15 louder than 4 12s. you got me split, i like multiple woofers but i also love big woofers so im torn between the two. id go 4 12s over 2 15s though. Would 2 15s runnin of say 2500 rms in there recommended box size do a blowthrough justice or waste of time. C im at the point where i know im gonna doa blowthrough, and im willing to use say 3/4 of the bed. but i dont know what from there. Im lookin for 2500 rms range, which 2 fi or dc 15s would perform well in this kind of setup of this power.(in their ideal box size, at 1 ohm combined). Do what i did. i had an installer cut the hole and add the boot to seal it off...the rest was me (and some help from my dad and my friend robbie) It makes me feel so much better about saying "yea i built the box, mounted and wired the amps and subs and hooked up all the batteries and ran all the wires."
