Yzf7steve
Hey I use my 0-scope to set up my stuff but my question is what tone should you use to find the max volume of your head unit? I know for your highs and mids amp you use 1000hz, and for subs you use 40-50hz. Now my question is I used a -5db tone on my subs should I also use a -5db for the head unit and mids/highs amp or should they only be set with a 0db tone. Again, what frequency should I be using to find my head units clipping volume? Thanks for any help anyone can give me! :-) 2005 Ford Five Hundred 1 EMF Banhammer 15" Orion XTR 4000.1 Alpine MRP-F300 4 channel Pioneer AVH-X3800BT

ineeDBass419
well with the DD-1 you use the 40hz 0db tone to find where the hu distorts at for subs,i would assume it would be the same with a oscope xbox 360 gamertag-greenrocks420 Not insulting you or anything, but did you just call us "bloody winging fairies" ? Yzf7steve
Thank you! I had originally set my max volume using a 1000hz 0db.....sounds great but now I need to re-do it with the 40hz tone and make sure I'm not blowing my shit up! Appreciate the feed back man! 2005 Ford Five Hundred 1 EMF Banhammer 15" Orion XTR 4000.1 Alpine MRP-F300 4 channel Pioneer AVH-X3800BT
