E-150 van question

So for work I have a Ford E-150 Van (wish it was the 250 for a little more power ) unfortunately the stupid thing doesnt even have a CD player and I can't stand finding radio stations anywhere I go.

So I'm gonna replace it.

Now none of the audio sites I have looked at have this vehicle as an option so does anyone know if the E-series Vans are the same as the F-series trucks when it comes to install kits? All I know is it is a Double din and I am looking to replace it with Eclipse CD1200G to keep it somewhat stock looking to prevent theft.
