chaseAMDoverclocker Posted September 25, 2011 Report Share Posted September 25, 2011 Hello Everyone, I am a rookie to upgrading the car audio; I have a 2006 ford Five hundred and would like to have a nice quality and stealth build. The car comes with 2 sets of cheap 6x8 speakers and is not enough for my taste and would like to know if i should find an aftermarket 6x8s or a sets of 6.5 component speakers. I listen to Country, Rock, and Rap. So I would like a nice mid bass if possible. But the Music needs to be loud and clear. I want to keep the oem head unit, so how would I wire in the Amp without the pre-amp outs on the stock radio and will I need a Cap, and the Big Three upgrade.
