Burp box for 2 18xl

What is the smallest box I could use to burp with? Subs 2 xl 18 Amp. DC 7.5

Id say 8cf net. Mine is 16 cf for 4 and plays music great. Also peaks at 36 37 38 making it a spl type box

The box I have right now is something like 9.6 or something like that and I was thinking it was to small.

This may not be much help but I just sold 2 xl18s :( and build a box for one for the new owner and it is 4.5 cu ft @34 with 2 4" ports off an ap3000 and does good. No #'s those.

DC98hoe is right, smaller is better with alot of power, plus you can throw more power on them with a smaller box... 4 cubes per xl 18 is bout right.. i got 4 xl 15's in a wall with 13 net cubes sounds really nice, and i still can throw power on them.

Smaller box more control with a lot of power. Bigger box more efficient with less power. You should be fine matt. Wire that 7.5 down low and put up some big numbers
