Bonacci55 Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 literally just got off the phone with Nathan, i sent back a 14v xs power batt, and there must have been shipping damages, he inspected it while i was on the line, and he noticed a side of the battery was completely dented and damaged, and he will be sending a replacement today. now that my friends is good CS so thank you XS power for making great products and taking care of it very quickly! for sure making more purchases soon from you!
