windowtinter Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 the deal i got from rusty was on the 10 playing below tuning with lots of power (ie.thor) the surrounds were ripping so with the ar they made it so the cone and spiders will bottom out and the surround still has some "give". which in turn keeps ya from tearing up surrounds Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Chode69 Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 im gonna say this...i just reconed my 2 Neos w the AR cones w the wide roll surrounds and im AMAZED by the SQ of these subs now. i have them wired to .5 per channel and it SLAMS and there barely moving. I thought my level 5s had pretty good sq anyway for an spl sorta sub but if the ar cone will improve it even more its a no brainer! Cheers dude !
