G-Rad
My friend approaches me with "I need a new stereo, G." So, I got to looking up her car's specs and read all I need is a DIN removal tool for the stock unit and I can toss in an aftermarket unit with harness, install kit, and (sometimes) a 12v to 5v adapter for the stock sub's amp (if it is a 6v instead of 12v RMT lead). I was curious... With the DIN tool, I do not have to remove the dash, right? I'm asking 'cause I read that it's not necessary, but then I also seen videos of people doing it. I just wanted to confirm with the people that know best Thanks in advanced! -G BASS MEKANIK RECORDS "Audio Implosion" & "SubSonic Guillotine" available anywhere digital music is sold! 2007 Ford Focus (NOTE: My cousin's build I helped him with) Pioneer H/U (4) Absolute Dome Tweeters on A & C pillars Scosche HD683A's in front doors Fosgate R168x2's in rear doors SoundQubed HDS312 in custom 2.57 Ft^3 @ 30Hz Audiopipe APCL-1800.1D Q-Mat Audio Technix 0 Gauge 119aH/850CCA Marine Deep Cycle batteries YouTube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/DWRhythm
