this is my first major build. just purchased a 2006 chevy colorado and plan on building it for competition. currently have a pioneer 4300dvd head unit along with cadence door speakers and polk tweeters. my current sub and amp combination is only temporary as they are borrowed from killallblue. dc audio level 4 dual 1 voice coil 15 in a ported box along with a older model AQ 3500 amp.

i am currently attending a car audio school where i met killallblue and freshman6969 who just had to talk me into removing my back seats to put subs in. thanks to them my current plans for this project are 2 dc level 4 15s in a ported box and the amp is yet to be determined. im also probably going to add more speakers and tweeters. will have to add massive amounts of sound deadner to keep the roof from flexing and upgrade the alt and add a 2nd battery. below are pics of current progress and i will be posting more pics and such as this build progresses

Legal TL scores145.6 on the dash sealed up in the low 40hz area with the port out145.5 on the dash sealed up @30hz with the port inless then 1k clamped on a 3.5k!

Why would you EVER WANT flex?
huh?...flex is what can make the lows lower and more air being pushed correct?
