You need to wet sand the wheels with 220 grit sand paper.Then clean and degreased them. Then primer them with a etching primer. Be careful not to get any runs with the etching primer its a b@%!h to sand when it drys. Also you are going to put 2-3 coats of etching primer on he wheels.Then you are ready for paint. Sorry I just looked at the link. If you have chrome lip on those wheels. You will have to wet sand the chrome with 80 grit. You ready want to get scratch up. Make you the whole area is scratched up so the primer has something to hold to.
