ok, so my 95 intrepid crapped out on me. the engine threw a rod or a bearing in the block. its a 3.3 and the cars in good condition. but i wanna know would it be worth pulling the motor fixing that problem and maybe putting a bigger cam changing the gears and some bigger pistons or should i just sell it to get a 4 banger ( need the gas efficiency lol )?

If gas mileage is your concern, I wouldn't rebuild the 3.3. When you start adding bigger aftermarket parts, your fuel mileage will just get worse.
