ringspun09 Posted November 3, 2011 Report Posted November 3, 2011 I had a box built for my 2000 Audi a8 with a 8x10 hole cut out in my rear deck. Subs and amp: 2 15 Re Audio SEx pointing up powered by Hifonics brz 1200 current box: 3/4 in mdf 41in wide 25in deep 14in tall,port is 6.75in wide 8.25in tall and 10in deep pointing up lineded up with hole in rear deck.Tuned to 38hz PROBLEM: Box has flex and doesnt play low, they move air but make very little sound. subs sound sloppy, sounds like i hear port noise or cone noise. Rear deck still flops around alot with cut out. Any ideas for new box or rear deck cut out?
