It's a sealed unit though. If you bought it at Best Buy they can help with it under the manufacturer's warranty. If you bought it elsewhere, you still have 90 days of over-the-phone support from Apple. Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing.
