Pros help needed

Im thinking of a new build and seeing my possibilitys. I was thinking of fabing up a box in the trunk built to spec but also ripping out the rear deck cutting and rebracing it but putting my sub baffle and ports where the rear deck was but i have a couple questions. If i did this would i need to seal off the rear deck compleatly and how? And also can i build the box it self with very few screws if any but some sort of glue? ( i cant think of any other way to build a box in the trunk and still be able to screw in every screw where i need them)
