4Bent Posted June 29, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 29, 2012 convinced myself that a blow-through is needed. i headed to the shop. 4Bent Posted July 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 15, 2012 Rainy Day today so i thought why not do somthing in doors or something i had these ks5.2 laying around for some time now so i had an idea of course KickPanels! not all fancy real simple real easy perfect fit! Time to place them in. had a couple of troubles but everything was easy to install after i figured a way around it Played them still need to tune and hide a couple or wires nothing big. definitely louder but im looking for the dolby digital sound lmao jk back to work! 4Bent Posted January 18, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 18, 2013 this is where i left off. the white paint wasnt looking good. i bought some bed liner and gave it 2 coats. good enough for me. here we have the design for the subs. i like to keep things secret so. no specs \ here i was getting some ideas for an amp rack. was looking for a false floor but was not sure so his is how i left it. also i needed some bracing added some 3/4 mdf to hold the wall. i got tired of he yellow interior and exerior lights. i was told to change to HIDs of course im going to do it but i dont feel comfortable with the lense. anywho i had some extra money laying around and iswitched ny reverse lights to purple. i thought i would be cool but ended up not liking it. also wih my stepside i did som epurple at the end. i decided why not white out everything. i did led 6000k all around and it looks amazing along the way i picked up a mtx 1501d for 250. not bad still underwarranty and i need bass. in the following week i caught up to another mtx 1501d brand new in packaging still.. also picked that up for 250!!! i did some plasti dip work i hate chrome idk why so i blacked out my side mirrors and front end and rear overall i love how the setup is coming along. i traded my 2 amps for a saz 3500 the night before the tucson show. so no tuning just decided to go out and see what i got. i did a 146 at 30 hz. no sweep or anything just played a decaf 31hz song for fun. also got a vid of some hairtrickin! this is where i am at right now. i will upload the video for you guys shortly BlowthroughSubs rebuild Amps 1-SAZ3500 1-T4004Coaxial 1Set Alpine Type-R Components 1 Set- kicker ks 5.21 Set- Kicker ks 6x8 Reciever Pioneer DEH-P7400HD2000 Ford F-150 EXT Cab Clarion EQ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
