Help With USB 3.0

First off I should say I have a laptop so I can't just add a PCI card and have USB 3.0 ports. Right now my laptop has 3 usb ports and I'm using 2 externals and a mouse, So Ive been looking at getting a USB 2.0 hub, but I figured USB 3.0 is going to be the new standard so I should go to that. Ive been looking into getting a USB 3.0 Expresscard(54 or 34) but the reviews on most of them are not the best, So I started looking at USB 3.0 hubs and they seem to be much better but idk if I would be able to use one sense my computer only have USB 2.0 ports? Anyone that has more knowledge on this lmk. This is the USB 3.0 hub im looking at...

Also my computer has a Esata if that matters.

NOT 100% sure, but it should physically hook up, BUT you would only get usb 2 speeds. If that's what you mean.

if you purchase the hub and plugged it into your usb 2.0 slot yes you will be only getting usb 2.0 performance. USB 3.0 is build into the newer chipsets that are out such as the p67, z68 and etc.
