Subwoofer Box help/questions

Doing my first build soon trying to get everything panned out so I can get measurements set. I'm planning on getting 2 10" hdc3's and putting them in my trunk with aero ports. The only problem is I'm going to install my midbass like this

(sorry I can't get a picture to show). I plan on having 2 12's where my back seats go and 4 tens on the top board, and all amps in trunk. The only problem is I don't want to lose bass by doing this I just feel that MDF will be blocking out all the bass in my trunk. My plan was to put aero ports from the box into the cabin and maybe put two more to let the sound from the trunk come in. Can anyone chime in with some idea's and help me out. I'd really appreciate it!
