So back in May of 2011 I picked up this car for $1000, needing only a battery. I painted the grill and trim flat black and tinted the tail lights and the lights in the grill.

After that I threw in my JVC headunit I already had, and 2 12" Sony's I also had.

Then I started with speakers, seeing as all that worked in the car were the factory 6x9's in the rear deck. So I bought new 4x6's for the dash, and cut holes in the front and rear doors. The front doors are some HiFonics ZXi6.5 Components and the rear doors are some 6" JVC's.

And for my birthday/christmas I got a Crunch GPV800.2 and 2 HFX12D4's. I realize these weren't a huge upgrade from my sony's, but the sony's were old and worn out. Today I just built a small amp rack to the side of the box. I will either be painting it black or carpeting it. I also just bought a PAC LC-1 Knob and a Scorpion Voltmeter.

As of now only plans I have for it are some 6x9's for the rear deck, a 4 channel amp for the 8 speakers, and possibly a new headunit. I am debating whether or not to put 4 12's in the trunk. If I do I will be building a box for them, but i will finish everything else first. Thanks for looking.

Thanks, I have also thought about building a box for these, even if I don't go to 4 of them. This box wasn't in great condition when I got it, and its just getting worse.
