You can use 2-by's as a shelf for the wall and for it's side and top.Use 3/4" mdf on the insides and glass it. That's how I built it.Take your time. I have been tweaking my car for the last year. Probably going to need another six months. lol Patience is the key. If you want you could buy 6 or 8 middle of the road subs and use those for a wall. Best I got out of my Focus was a 146.2 outlaw with 6 powerbass ps-10s and a us amps MD3D. If you just want to hit the 150 mark to say you did it build a burp box and tune tune tune.
