Need help withBox Design for 4 DD 508

I got 4 of the little badass DD 508 @ 1ohm on my T2500-1bdcp (3.55krms)

Could someone help me with a boxdesign?

I got acutally a enclsoure with 36hz tuning and 3.8cu ft. But Port area is to small now.

I think to make a 32hz(or 38hz like DD says?) tuning for them. Today i got only a 139.7@ 49hz.

Its possible i want a box,which is real loud for music,but also makes a 140+ on TL.

your only 3 tenths from a 140 now.

What car and what ar max box dimensions? also what size port area do you have now?

That seems like a lot of power for those subs.

They could handle the power easily.No Clipping at all.

The port area is only 176 square cm (0.189 square foot,is this right?)

The car is a Vw Golf 3 5door , max box size is (outside) 3.08ftX1.5ftX1.47feet (in centimetres 94x46x45).
