Thinking of upgrading soon

So as of now I have a 2008 Avalanche that I have been working on for a couple of months and I can't get it where i want it so I am persuing a possible upgrade because i am not happy with the current results.

Current system:

Duel Alt's 1 OEM 145amp and 1 DC Power 270amp

Two runs of 0guage from front to back

Big Three

AQ3500.1

3 HDC310's

5cft of airspace tuned at 35 hertz

Hitting 146.6db

The problem is I had this setup in my Tahoe with less wiring and one less sub. So I had 2 subs hitting 147.9db

I can't understand why I can't get this to hit as hard with an added sub, more airspace and better wiring.

It may be the new avalache not having the same interior airspace as the tahoe but Im thinking of adding a second AQ3500.1 and going with the Sundown Nightshade 10's instead of the AQ HDC310's I have in there now.

What do you guys think and is it worth my effort and cash to go this rought or if you have any ideas on the current setup it would be greatly appreciated!
