I'm trying to find a public safety desk to replace the front half with, but I'm not having any luck just yet. I've thought about learning to fiberglass, & modify the console to fit 2 separate DIN slots, for two separate Radioshack scanners (one for digital public safety, the other for analog rail/air/utilities). How hard would it be to modify the center console to fit two scanners in separate DIN sleeves? I'd appreciate any tips! Thanks.
