We do it mostly for the hobby, but if we play in competition then we play in the 'propper droppers' competition. it is getting the biggest score on 20-25-33-40hz. quite low you can say Enough chatted, here are the first pics (I'm not going to post all the pics from my clients, but if there are questions, for sure, just ask!) I in fact don't like the usual spl formats. because to score is it better to have a portfrequenty that is quite high... daily, you can't enjoy your install then... for this you need to tune your portfrequenty low (20-23hz) and for sure then you can enjoy the installation in the week also... I don't like shaking windows/roofs, because it costs a lot and for sure it reduces the output on low frequenties. I'm using for that a special 2 component pasta + metal plates to make a clean solid roof... the more woofers/power the car gets, the more material we have to add. an example of the sqoda octavia break: the opel vectra (with in total 4x18") will get a solid roof with 36mm mdf against it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
