The 4.125 puts out 125 Watts per channel @ 4 ohms. Each channel is stable down to 2 ohms. Then rms is 250 watts per channel. :)

Just speaking from bad experience....Amps under $100 like to catch on fire xD

Edit: If you like the 4.125 then I think it's the way to go
