You can try this at your own risk, and i would like someone else to give their opinion on it first but, you could run a short ground wire from the ground side of the rca connector (outside part) on your camera to a good body ground. i've seen it on some old radios once or twice.

kinda like engine noise from the rcas. ill giv it a go if noone else can help n ill post if things work or not
