BillKessel Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 Not sure if any of you know about JL w6's but the JL w6 have a badge on the bottom saying "w6", but mine has a badge with "JL" on it Is there any difference? i just bought this sub about a month ago. 08tahoe Posted March 16, 2012 Report Share Posted March 16, 2012 I have some w7's and I had always seen w7's with the w7 badge but when i got mine they had a jl badge, but I got mine from an authorized dealer so I knew there was nothing wrong with them. I had some w3s. and I got them at different times so my first one had a "JL" tag on the cone, and the second one i got which was only like 3months later had a "w3" tag on it. bought them from the same place and for the same price and everything.
