Sheena Posted April 3, 2012 Report Posted April 3, 2012 pretty much whatever your happy with. whatever your build quality standards is. if the cardboard is a little too small after cutting, cut the mdf piece a little larger, then route/jigsaw it a little at a time until its a snug fit. then you can add aesthetics to it. (carpet, paint, whatever have you.)
