issues with my set

I have here 2 kicker cvrs on Hifonics amps.

Kenwood HU

21mm wire

1 80ah battery + 110ah in parallel using 2 circuit breakers fuse

120ah alternator

Before i add a new battery (110ah), and change the subwoofer wire everything was ok. Sub punching perfect.

The sub sound is weak now, it punch but not as before, looks like it distorting.

I need to set the gain in 80% at least to hear something.

I can't find whats wrong here.

The impendace and phase is ok.

Tested another 2 RCA wire.

Tested another HU.

Another Amp.

Change again the sub wire.

All the same, nothings change even when the car is runing.

Pls help
