bighitter Posted April 23, 2012 Report Share Posted April 23, 2012 I want to build a compact 4th order box with a single VVX-10, where the port will protrude into the rear deck. What is the smallest volume that can give me good sound quality for both chambers? Can I go with the recommended 1.3cuft for the sealed, then double it for the ported chamber? I really want the smallest design possible that will give me good sq. I will have ~800Watts going to the sub. My port size will probably not be any bigger than 6"x6" into the rear deck, since I'll be going through the stock sub hole. Thanks for any input you may have!
