While at the gun auction recently I came across a S&W .40 that seemed kinda unique so I picked it up. From what i'm told it was only produced from 1991-1993, it's all stainless on an aluminum frame with a sig style decocker mounted on the frame. Anyone have some more info ?

Nothing to wild about it. Typical 3rd gen s&w semi auto. Reliable, durable. What makes this one a bit of an odd ball was the short production run and it is one of the very few models that has a frame mounted decocker. Nothing that will put the kids through college but it is a very good gun. Enjoy it!
