Hi, i have been searching forever for an answer to this question and haven't found anything about it so here it goes.

Im wondering in what order i should connect the cables,

Im going to run 1 battery front and 1 in the trunk then to the amplifier.

Starting off, removing negative cables from the batteries, Then should i connect the ground to the amplifier into the chassi FIRST ?, then rca, remote, speakerwire and last battery+ cable to the battery?

And last of all the ground cables back to both batteries?

Really appreciating an answer. thanks! //The noob :)

First off, you can either run the both batterys together (+ and + - and -) or have the back battery (+ and + - to chassis)

Number 2 seems to be the most popular method, althought number 1 works just as good (for dual battery's)

Now you asked in what order you should connect the cables?

Hook up + to + on batterys, keep the - disconected

Choose a different grounding point in the trunk from the battery (if going with number 2 option) and ground the amp

Hook up the RCA's, Then Speaker Wires, Then REM, then hook up the +.

Now ground the front battery and then the rear.

Dont forget to fuse your first battery AND your second one.

Hope this helps
