brad03cobra
I have a 2010 tundra with the factory deck. When I use the dd1 distortion detector it distorts at volume 25 Max volume on deck is 62 I can barely hear the mid and highs if I set the volume at 25. This was using the dd1 with RCA from the deck and off the amp. Running a kicker zx1000 for sub and using all factory deck mid and highs. deeje
It's because a factory deck puts out a lot of distortion. Why do you think door speakers are blowing all the time on factory power. The only way to get your mids and highs louder is some very efficient new door speakers or a new headunit. Which you'll end up getting speakers for.
