Help with alternator whine

Hello.. I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 touring. I recently decided to put a system in and completely re-wire everything. I have a double din kenwood deck running a 4 channel kicker 650.4 and a 1000.1. A set of 6 channel RCA, stinger twisted pair ran down the center of the car. I have a set of 6 1/2 components in the doors and 6x9's in the rear deck. Amps in spare tire well wired to the stock battery in the trunk. Re-wired positive and negative battery terminals with 0 awg wire. Did not use factory wiring for high end. Ran wire up the center and through the doors for the components. Everything sounds great except for when the car is running, I get the dreaded engine whine but only from the front speakers!

Checked power, grounds, tried different rca's over the seats and still there. Only time I get it to stop is to disconnect the RCA at the amp on front channel. Swapped rear and front but still can't get rid of the sound. I have the crossovers in the doors. Could there be a problem with my speaker wires? They are stinger twisted pair..

Make sure your power wires to your amp are not ran on the same side as your RCA/speaker wiring. That might be your problem. I had the same exact problem but if you move your wires around a bit it might help.
