Enclosure Question

Ok I have 2 RE Audio mx 15 d2 in a box that is 3.5 cubic feet after displacement and tuned to 34 hertz I am running a hifonics colosus amplifier @ 1 ohm is 1600x2 watts rms. The subs are rated at 1500 rms each. At the last two shows I have only hit a 141.9 and I am thinking I may need a different box. looking for box sizes and tunning advise.
