Could go for the dva-9965 on ebay, but dont have 600$ to shell out... Edit, also need alpine for the AI-Net changer I have. Team Bassick - Kimo Posted May 26, 2012 Report Share Posted May 26, 2012 (edited) DVA-9861 is a nice piece too that I have....fiber optic out as well it is not a dead head but, like all new alpines you can shut down the internal amplifier. I"m not selling it sorry but, just wanted to give some advice if your shopping for an alpine single dvd player. also the 9861 can control alpine's 701 which is a bit out dated but, still a great piece. of course ainet control through out and the 9861 has the ipod direct cable.
