belgian basspounder in hard need for some help!!!

hi there

as i mentioned in the title, i'm a belgian basspounder that needs some help

i'm currently poundin' a ground zero nuce sub 15" supported by a SPL dynamics D5 mono-amp

now my problem is:

i seem to just can't hit them low's

it pounds great & sounds great

but just can't get any lower then round 47 to 50

i'm running the system @ 1ohm impediance @ round 14.6volts

i know the sub can take much lower cuz in my previous ride it burped round 33hz (with another amp but less powerfull)

but with the sedan now i just ain't gettin' there

any box/port pref.??? i gotta rebuild anyway sow...
