audio que qieations subs and amps (hdc3 aq2200)

So my plan after I get a new suv. Is 4 hdc3 18" dual 1 ohm. On 2 aq2200s. My questions are.

1: Can I run the Aq2200s at .5 ohms daily, safely? I plan on a 250+ amp alt. 0guage everyone(including big 3) and at least 4 decent sized xs power batteries. (And a digital volt meter, Idk if that has any specific significance)?

2: The box. I was panning 1.5" thick mdf (3" top baffle" around 20ish ft³ tuned at 28hz(what I was recommended?o.O) with 14" of port/ft? Does that sound at all reasonable. Wasn't planning wall either. Was thinking something along the lines of what Steve meades tahoes box is setup. Subs up port back.

3: If .5 ohms is not a good idea for my amps. Would it still be "good enough" with just the 2 2200s at 1 ohm 2subs/amp or strapped for 4400rms at 2 ohms. All suns ran at 2 ohm? (Strapped=same rms as them running alone but maybe there's a benifit?
