My question is what's the difference between the amp ground vs the speaker ground? Like electrically? I always use the amp ground like your supposed to when I use my DD-1 but whats the difference? Thanks for the great board! I've already learned a lot.
Loslam Posted June 16, 2012 Report Posted June 16, 2012 Two different circuits. The amp is completing a circuit with the battery, and the speaker is completing a circuit with the amps outputs. Also the amp ground will be a DC circuit, the speaker is AC And by speaker ground, I'm assuming you're talking about a speaker negative 1997 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab, 350 Vortec Things to come at some point...
