Even within the brands ( DuPont,ppg ,sherwin Williams ) there will be good,better,and best quality paint. If its something you plan on keeping I would not go with the cheapest. House of Kolor has the best selection of kandys but they are proud of them. I've used cheaper candy concentrates in the past from SEM and wasn't happy with them. I've seen paint jobs where a cheap candy and cheap clear coat were used and after two years the candy topcoat had almost completely faded away. You get what you pay for.
