lifted_silverado
Body lift is just for that extra little bit you made need. If youre gonna do it do it right. Suspension all the way. If you go any higher than 6" it starts to get really expensive. I was running 12 1/2" up front 11 in the back. All suspension and 2" leveling kit. A body lift will make your frame look very low and you will actually have a gap between you bed and frame you will be able to see right through. Its just a tacky cheap way to lift a vehicle Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year. Jessica
If you still need a 12th opinion then i agree, Suspension lift. I know it's your money and money isn't easy to come by but, you have to live with the vehicle and drive it. You don;t wan't to throw away 550 just to find out you need to spend 1700 to fix it. lifted_silverado
Alright suspension lift it is how high do yall think I showed go Depends on what size tires you want to run. As stated in my previous post, anything more than 6 inches on an IFS truck gets pricey. The lift kit, custom control arms, more expensive shocks and springs, extended abs cords etc. with a good 6" lift and if you plan to put the leveling kit as well, you shoul be able to clear 36s with a decent offset wheel.
