It's in very good condition 1 small dead pixel on the screen which I show in the pics its not noticeable at all when the iPad is on and 2 faint scratches which I couldn't pick up in the pics. The back has no scratches at all and the iPad has been in the case since day 1. Comes with wall charger, extra sync cable, $50 Black Mickey Mouse case and a full size Microsoft bluetooth keyboard.
