budah93 Posted July 21, 2012 Author Report Posted July 21, 2012 so should i go closer to 8 cubes with similar port area? Quote
Ddub847 Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 I think sundown says 3-4 each. so after port displacement u want to be between 6-8 cubes. id say 21hx34wx24d. port would be 20.5x5 use 3 common walls and make it 24 long. That will give u 6.4 cubes tuned to 35ish hertz. also id put the subs up and port back Quote
Guest Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 (edited) threw something up really quick. you could probably not use the extra baffle, but i just put it in there Edited July 21, 2012 by Kranny Quote
Guest Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 (edited) saw that you had a blazer/jimmy. do sub up port back. port in the center. you're not gonna bend the port in this design, so it'll be easier to build. Edited July 21, 2012 by Kranny Quote
Ddub847 Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 Kranny that might choke the port off if he gave u dimensions right up to the back of the vechile Quote
Guest Posted July 21, 2012 Report Posted July 21, 2012 Kranny that might choke the port off if he gave u dimensions right up to the back of the vechile this is true. OP needs to clarify Quote
