mtxfan4life Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 i have a 18 mtx/psi 9500. its around .23 displaacment. and needs 6-7 cu ft at 30-33 hz. its gonna be going in to trunk of a 2005 impala i can go 15.5 tall 32 wide and 29 deep with 3/4 birch is 6.79 cu ft. total im thinking sub up port out the side( seems to be how the impala gets the loudest) does anyone have any ideas on this anything would be greatfull thanks. mtxfan4life Posted August 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 oh im running a 200 amp alt new interstate battery under hood 2 runs of true 0 to trunk(power) 2 extra batterys in trunk all with seperate frame grounds. as of now im only running a small amp on it just to break in a lil bit and till i can afford something that does 3000rms at one ohm. also have a audiocontrol matrix. with alpine deck alpine fronts and rears and a alpine 4 channel amp.
