Just blew up one of my Infinity 6030's

So, I was checking my gains today, using the 1k -0db tone. Got my gains matched using the lowest of the two voltages. Had everything set nice and clean. Put the clamp meter on it and put the head unit 1 click below max got 120ish watts and well, now my right side mid rattles and the left one was smelly. I guess Infinity isn't lying when they say 90 watts rms.

Now I need to replace them. Would anyone care to suggest some 6 1/2 drivers that can take 125-150 watts and play down to about 65hz maybe 70hz. I have my HPF at 70hz thats why i ask. I don't want screechy drivers, i would like something that maybe has a warm sound? I like vocals and guitar and stuff. Lets just put the budget at $225 max.
