12" flush mdf ring

I'm looking for a mdf ring for a 12" Kicker CompCV. I was hoping to find one with a 3/4" thick base and a 1/2" ring on top of that. Just let me know how much with shipping to Windsor, Ont.

The ones I've found on there were not shipping to Canada though, I've contacted on seller to see if an exception can be made. It can't hurt to try.
