lextruck Posted September 8, 2012 Report Posted September 8, 2012 I would like to run a dual alt set up in my car. It's an 04 Lexus LS430. Not many options out there for alternators. I emailed extreme amperage and Nathan said he could build me 2 custom ones to fit. I'm in Eugene oregon and looking for a reputable person/place to help me install them. If its even possible to fit 2. Anyone have suggestions or experience with a shop they trust? Willing to travel/pay for experienced help.
ewilliams5430 Posted September 10, 2012 Report Posted September 10, 2012 You have to see if someone has made a dual alt bracket for your car (mechman, singer, dc power, Ohio gen, etc.)
lextruck Posted September 10, 2012 Author Report Posted September 10, 2012 From what iv heard it would have to be custom made by a machine shop. unfortunately It's not a very popular car for car audio. That's one reason I really would like to find someone with experience to put them in.
