Here is a suggestion, bear in mind that you need the 6" clearance for the port:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 34 Hz

Vb = 20 ft^3

External Height = 29.25 in

External Width = 48 in

External Depth = 37.5 in

Port Height = 7 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 48 x 37 1/2

Left & Right Sides = 36 x 27

Front & Back = 48 x 27

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 18 5/8 x 46 1/2

Where do have your batteries and amps located? If you don't mind me asking. I'm open to suggestions or any other ideas.
