New Build Advice/Recomendations

Alright so i recently got a car which is a 93 buick regal and im looking to get some advice and recomendations for a build. I do plan on doing this in mulitple steps as i can afford it seeing how im a broke college kid. Ive been to a local car audio shop and Best Buy to get some numbers to see what it will cost. the local shop was throwing all the high end stuff my way and i can afford that at all. Heres what Best Buy recommended but im unsure of how good it really is.

Its going to be a full build interior subs and amp.

Is the build worth it? is it decent stuff for a first build? My interior right now as decent speakers would i be fine doing the subs and amp first and wait till the interior blows then do that or should i do interior then subs?
