Build your box 2. add a layer of bondo 3. sand starting with 100 grit up to 220 grit 4. 3-4 coats of primer 5. sand with 400grit 4. 3-4 coats of color 5. sand with 800 grit 6. 4-5 coats of clear 7. sand with 800, 1000 ,1500, 2000 grit paper 6. polish with rubbing compound 7. polish with scratch remover 8. wait 3-4 weeks for paint to fully cure and hit it with a good car wax -2000 chevy tahoe 5.3 liter v8 -two DC audio level 3 15 inch subwoofers -2 pairs of infinity kappa 60.9cs components -rockford fosgate t1500.1bd for subs -rockford fosgate t400.4bd for mids and highs -alpine deck -big 3 upgrade 0 gauge power cable -optima yellow top battery -custom made subwoofer enclosure 6 cubic feet tuned at 35hz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
