Well would you rather spend $50 on a cap that will sovle nothing, or spend maybe $15 on wire and ring terminals to do simple wire upgrade. Trust me its not hars, some cars its a 20 min job ( 6 hours for my car lol). At the least do the big three. Also a kinetik out back maybe help, but it will mainly work better when playing your system with the car off...o and 12.5 is not too bad, especaily if thats at idle. Try reving it to maybe 1500 rpm and see what it drops to.
